    • A classic almost Prussian way of life

      Joop

      14 December 2005

Joop! is a bohemian fashion brand from Hamburg found by Wolfgang Joop. This brand does mainly men's wear and combines a classic almost Prussian way of life with an edgy and glamorous world. I love the blue campaigns they are doing and that a single man can make up such a brand.

    • A strong heritage and even a romance

      Wella

      14 December 2005

Wella is a hairstyling company originally found in Germany and now available in professional hairdressers-salons. I love this brand because it makes women beautiful without overdoing it. This brand has a strong heritage and even a romance – my mum used this brand when I was small and so Wella has translated this memory into nowadays.

    • Shaped a whole generation

      Davidoff Cool Water

      29 July 2008

Since over 15 years one of the most iconic and well known fragrances in the world. The juice and image has shaped a whole generation – in Europe and the US.

    • Master Of Light

      Swarovski

      29 July 2008

The Master Of Light. A family own global brand that adds sparkles to the most existing fashion pieces in this world. An ingredient for all great Hollywood productions from the Wizard of Oz to Oceans 13.

    • My most favorite

      Acqua Filette

      29 July 2008

My most favorite Italian water brand and the only international one that comes from Lazio/Rome. Very balanced structure, three different levels of carbonation and still family owned.

    • Perfect

      Weru

      29 July 2008

A window and doors company that only makes custom-made products. Perfect quality, perfect traders, perfect fit and perfect for saving energy.

    • One of the last luxury brands

      Missoni

      29 July 2008

I agree: Luxury has often lost its luster in nowadays. But Missoni still keeps the tradition of being the only luxury brand that can be truly colorful. The hotels are extraordinary but very warm and friendly to stay in. I love this one of the last luxury brands.

    • High optical technology

      Oakley

      30 July 2008

Just had to buy me some 'Frogskins' again. Style meets high optical technology. Love especially the mirror lenses in rainbow colours.

    • Communication and humour

      Marc Jacobs

      30 July 2008

From grunge to haute couture: Marc Jacobs is the most influential designer for Gen-Y. I love also the communication and humour he is showing with his own brand.

    • Spot on

      Tretorn

      30 July 2008

The Swedish brand has returned to the fore front of fashion. I love the understated street style items they put out recently. Plus: Subtle branding that is spot on.

    • Most beautiful

      Hamburg

      30 July 2008

The 'Perle' of the north German region. Not only the second biggest but the most beautiful city in Germany. Truly international due to its harbor, truly idiosyncratic due to its people.

    • Love the campaign

      Patek Philippe

      30 July 2008

True luxury watches! Love the campaign as well: 'You never own a Patek...'

    • One of the smartest brands

      RYZ

      04 September 2008

One of the smartest brands around today: community-based design meets cutting-edge fashion. A business, brand and communication model that meets the next generation of participants.

    • Has the street cred

      Kryptonite

      05 February 2009

NYC based brand for locks that has the street credibility to survive the urban jungle. Besides best in class technology they have the physiological leadership in (motor) bike safety – as you can see with they product line 'Forget abut it!'.
