  When I was a teenager I started collecting the Absolut Vodka ads. I have one scrapbook filled with them and think they are wonderful. Although I am an adult now I don’t think I have ever drunk the vodka but I love the style of the brand.

  Lovely boots. I remember I saw them in the store and fell in love with them right away. I hesitated to buy them because they are too big for my feet. After some years I could not resist and now I own a pair. I love them. They make me feel independent and pretty.

  My favourite cartoon. I discovered it when I was in the US in 1998. I cut out all the ones where he learns to ride they bicycle. I love the childish simplicity and logic and they way his parents don’t understand him.

  Beautiful packaging. The teabags with labels all have a nice quote. Lots of different tastes and all without caffeine. It was the first brand of herbal teas that to me was just tea and not feel so healthy herbal.

  When I was young I thought Birkenstocks were for health freaks, but since I own a pair I know better. Birckenstoks are the most comfortable shoes I ever owned. And their peculiar shape makes them special instead of strange.

  Lovely lamps that remind people of the sixties. They started out with the lava lamp but now have all different sorts of lamps. The shapes and colours are wonderful and make me feel happy. The logo itself, I even like.

  Love Pantone. Always nice to get out all the colors to mix and match. Did you know that in Europe (at least in the Netherlands) a company is trying to get the sole ownership of using magenta? Ridiculous. People have started a website to fight it: www.freemagenta.nl. I would say: every color of the spectrum should be free to be!
