I met Jon Hinds about seven years ago before the Monkey Bar Gym was even an idea. He started the place because he didn’t like where the fitness industry was going. People came in to workout in a new and different way and found family in this place. The motto is “Each One, Teach One” and in an individualistic “dog eat dog” world there is a place to come together to build each other up. There are members here that are in joyful tears over what they accomplish here. Some people get there first chin-up here ever, the excitement is unexplainable, it changes their lives and they become excited about what else they might be able to do. You come in for the great workout and you stay for the community. Natural Exercise…Inner Strength…Endless Possibilities
