A few months ago, I received my new fully equipped A6. Having worked in the car navigation industry for years, I can appreciate the incredible MMI (Man Machine Interface) of it. This is the most intuitive interface to car electronics on the market. It gives me the "Swiss Knife" or "Bang & Olufsen" feeling.
About 10 years ago, I bought a nice 100% silver pen from Faber Castell. The price was about $150. Several years later a small piece of the pen broke. At a local store they told me that this pen has a lifetime warranty and I can bring it to any Faber Castell store in the world. They will fix for free - for ever... Wow.
