  I couldn't agree more. I'd read about their customer service in one of Ron Kaufman's books and didn't truly believe a company would be that great. The true test was that I'd bought an LL Bean product whilst on holiday in the States, and two years later, back home in the UK the zip broke. A few e-mails and weeks later, a brand new fleece vest arrived. I've told so many people about this, and they too have been taken aback. We need more LL Beans in this world.

  Did you know that most candles contain paraffin wax and give off nasty fumes? I didn't either, until I found out Natural Magic candles. They're 100% organic, don't leave any annoying soot patches, smell amazing and aren't at all harmful. And it seems as though Nicola (the founder) is really passionate about candles. This shines through from the quality of the candle right down to the fortune card inside every box. A candle worthy of a Lovemark me thinks.

  My love for all things Jo Malone has now been passed onto my mum and sister, so for every birthday or Christmas there's bound to be a sleek cream Jo Malone bag to be found somewhere. After using her perfumes I can honestly say all other brands of perfume smell synthetic and unnatural. The scents last all day, you can have fun layering two scents together to create your own blend and you almost always get a positive comment. If I wasn't working where I was, I'd like to work for Jo Malone.
