  The Dave Matthews Band is incredibly special to legions of fans. Yet what makes the music so special is different for everyone. To some it's the lyrics, to some it's the musicianship and to others the concert experience. Yet everybody agrees one point: they adore DMB. It should be noted that the band is incredibly conscious of their interaction with fans. In this age of the music industry and bands (see Metallica) suing music enthusiasts, DMB fans are still able to record live shows and trade them with other fans. It's this grassroots strategy that made the band successful initially and they have never forgotten about that.
