BX is the best thing since sliced bread ! One of my most fav sites. Where else can you meet so many other book lovers, new books, book swappers, see the travels of your own books and release books and hopefully brighten up someone's day. It's such a novel concept and definitely deserves a LoveMark !!
A New Zealander voting for something Australian...what a novel idea!! But ABC has to get my vote...where would I be if I couldn't continue to listen to the best radio station on the planet, Triple J. And I'm sure my son would self-combust if ABC weren't around to bring him his addiction of the world famous The Wiggles. Go ABC, you have my LoveMark !
This is one of my all time favourite books. I fell in love with this quirky little story and Maurice Sendak's artwork when I was a little girl. I have repurchased this book to give to my son and hopefully pass on my love of this book to my future generations.
I fell in love with the music of U2 the first time I heard them 23yrs ago. From the velvety voice of Bono to the soul filling lyrics, they are an institution...the masters of their craft. When I was 11 my friend said they would be a 'one hit wonder' and I protested saying they would last the test of time. As the announcer on the Red Rocks concert said..."they aren't just a rock band...they are U2".
While living in Melbourne I had the pleasure of listening to Triple J... THE best radio station !! Now I'm back living in NZ and thank god for the internet I can still listen to this supreme station. Nothing in NZ compares...this station rocks and definitely has my Lovemark. xx
