Nearly twenty years have passed since a friend gave this book to my young son. What magic! We read it so many times that to this day, I can still recite almost all of it from memory. At a recent dinner party, we were discussing our favorite children's books and I was called on to do just that. The magic lived on as others in the room helped through those parts that had faded from memory. Respect? I've downloaded the text into my Palm and I sometimes review it when I'm being too adult.
