Since the first issue, Fast Company has served as an inspiration to me. Each month I eagerly anticipate receiving the magazine. I never fail to read each and every article, from cover to cover and inevitably obtain at least one idea that I can apply to my own profession, organization, career. I have become as dependent on this magazine as I have on my daily Starbucks!
Dr. Stephen Covey's new book The 8th Habit includes a bonus DVD that has 16 short inspirational films that reinforce the points that he makes in each chapter. This is one of the best investments I have made for a book that is life changing. By the way, the 8th Habit is "Find your voice and inspire others to find theirs," but you need to read the book to really absorb the implications of this habit. I read a library copy before asking for a copy for Christmas and I'm reading it again. It's that good!
