MAC are affordable professional cosmetics. I love the colours. I also love playing with and testing every product when I visit their store - I feel like I am a kid in a sweet shop! The only downfall is that their foundations are too dark for me. They don't cater for very pale skin like mine.

The whole aura of L'Occitane screams luxury! From the moment you walk inside their store to the moment you open their packaging you feel indulged. Their products are rather expensive and it is not something that I can enjoy purchasing on a regular basis - but when I do I feel like a Princess! I love the way they wrap everything you buy up neatly, with style, using beautiful papers and perfumes as if it is a gift.

Flickr introduced me to photography, and it is a continued source of inspiration. I love being able to share my images with everyone in the world! I love receiving comments and being able to comment on other photographers' work also. I use my Flickr for my online portfolio of photographs and graphic design work. I would be totally lost without Flickr. It brings me great happiness!

I came aware of Korres products whilst on vacation in Greece. I love everything by Korres, from shower gels, to cosmetics, to skincare and even pharmacy products. I love being able to use their cosmetics without the fear of poisoning my body with chemicals! Thumbs up!!!!

One cannot beat their faux eyelashes or their amazing eyelash curlers! Hands down this is the best company in the world! Be sure to visit one of their 'lash bars' if you ever have the chance! There is nothing better for your peepers in my opinion.

I love this Japanese brand. It screams elegance with a hint of Japanese kookiness! I wish that there was a store near me. Sadly, I have to hop on a train for an hour to purchace any of their products. It's worth it though!

I literally cannot live without Twinings Green tea and Jasmine. I drink about 7 cups a day, it keeps me relaxed and also hydrated. It also contains no caffeine - which is great if you need to cut down.

I buy all my books from Amazon because there is a huge choice and they ALWAYS have the best prices. I love the fact you can buy either new books or used books to save money. I have also sold over 200 of my unwanted books and DVDs on their site, and I am very happy with the extra money!

I am a graphic design student so I do not have much money at all. My camera is the most expensive item I own. I take it everywhere with me, and that can make me nervous if I don't have the right protection for my camera. I have been everywhere from Africa to around Europe with my Lowepro bag, and it has never ever let me down. It is like an old friend. My camera bag is a little old now, but it still is in perfect condition.

I once lived here for three years. I love the city, and I also hate it; which is the best mix! I once fell in love in Amsterdam and I also fell out of love. I've been rich there, and I've been poor. I've experienced some amazing summer days in the vondelpark, and some bitterly cold winters trying to keep warm in my tiny apartment. I've seen the strangest things which I am sure I will never see again, and met the most interesting people. One of the most happiest days was the first day living in Amsterdam, and my other happiest day was being able to leave!
