Apple, is by far my Lovemark. I have never been disappointed with their products from my Macbook to my iPhone. Like Kevin Roberts says, to have respect you have to “pursue innovation” and “commit to total commitment”. Apple is constantly innovating and surprising its consumers with new ideas that help make their everyday lives easier. Not only are they dedicated to innovation, but they also make a large effort to excel in customer satisfaction. I feel Apple puts great effort in making their products user friendly by focusing on simplicity for the user. I have never been disappointed with one of my products because when I have had trouble, I can easily talk to a person, not a machine. Once, my battery stopped working and Apple shipped me a new one, free of charge, overnight! Nothing beats a company that wants their consumers to have a positive experience all around! As an Apple customer it is refreshing to know the great lengths Apple goes in order to please the consumer and strive for improvement. I will never go back to a PC where things are more complicated than they need to be, Apple makes everything easier!
