  You will find even one single LEGO brick in every German household. When I was a little boy (early 70s), I brought nearly all my LEGO bricks to my friend to play with - after sometime, his father joined us and when he needed a half-size flat brick he took a full size one and BROKE IT. I cried and this was the last time I spoke to him.
