  Fell in love with the iPhone. Just bought a MacBook Air. Fantastic experience - right up until I needed support. Then the wheels fell of - 3 times in a row. Outlook 2003 does not create mbox files. Mac mail only imports mail in mbox format. Apple's support solution - 'Speak to Microsoft'. Surely it makes sense to make it easy for customers to convert their mail? Speak to any wannabe Apple user who is still on Windows and that's the big scary factor. It makes no sense to leave this gaping hole in their support - unless they are so arrogant they think they don't need any more customers. Some other gems from Apple support - "There is only so much an Apple employee should know about a competitor's product." (Really????) And finally, from one of the 'geniuses' in my local Cambridge UK store after I had, in desperation, decided to convert my mails the long way, via Thunderbird - "We're very busy. I can't help you. All I can do is wish you luck with your chosen solution." And the day before I had spent over £1700 in their store. Shame on you Apple!
