I'm yours
New Zealand
04 July 2007
I have just returned from New Zealand and I can’t shake this feeling like I have discovered a beauty in a country that connected me to my truest self. I feel cheated somehow by not being there. Please take me back New Zealand. I’m yours. Sincerely, Monique.
I live in my L*Space's all year
L*Space

I never thought I could feel so moved by an inanimate object before I discovered L*Space Swimwear. My life had change and I didn’t even know it. Yes it may just be a swimsuit but never underestimate the value in something that is so revealing and how it can make a woman feel, both inside and out. This is more than a suit, with sexy fits that offer functionality and comfort that give an inner confidence that you can’t hide. Like any great brand, consistency in something you already find perfect, only makes it that more invaluable in your life. As a beach girl, I live in my L*Space’s all year and realized they were my Lovemark when I received one for a gift and it had more sentimentality than any blue box from Tiffany’s. Thank you for making me always feel and look like a beautiful woman despite my imperfections. You’re a true friend.
I can't imagine having to let go
Facebook
21 August 2007
Ok, so I wasn’t so hip to Facebook a year ago. But once I was forced to explore it for work, I slowly fell in love. Now I can’t imagine having to let go. It might be one of the best things that happened to my friends both close and far as I am quite busy between work & international travels. And in comparison, my MySpace page is lonely and surrounded by others annoying layouts, loud music, spam & perverts. Facebook offers a unique, fun & safe place to congregate, with group & individual interation that connects you more than email & text messging. Not too mention, where else can you have a digital Food Fight or plan your next dream vaction during your break? Facebook Rules!
Bringing people together
Contiki Holidays
24 January 2008
One of my greatest surprises recently was taking a Contiki trip. With the limited time you have in life to do the things you want, planning an exceptional trip can be inundating but when you realize that Contiki has been bringing people together from around the world, for years, to experience an awesome journey, you realize it may be time to let go and let the travel gods do their thing. I thought of The Breakfast Club, and while there were no drug addicts or prima donnas’ on the trip, you surprisingly have a sense of exclusivity and awe while in sharing this journey with unlikely friends from all around the world (including the Contiki Crew). Not to mention, you will find yourself doing fantastic cultural and adventure excursions that you would never find or do on your own. I promise.
The kicker? Well, true be told I was almost violently opposed to taking a trip with 18-35 year olds even though I was one, because I thought of one big party for young people, but they some how have figured out a way to attract a range of people AND give you the time to be and do what you want and make the transport time fun and relaxing. I‘ve traveled the world on my own for the most part, but I have to say the magic people talk about after a Contiki trip was found to be true and for that I am thankful to get out of my own way and experience what Australians have grown up to know as a rite of passage. Keep sharing the travel love.
