My Condor cycle frame is made from 631 Reynolds Steel. Reynolds steel actually becomes harder the more stress you put it under while still maintaining a natural flexibility, with a wall thickness of just 0.4mm this makes it far superior to other alloys such as Titanium or Aluminum which have harsh synthetic stiffness.
