  On a recent visit to Los Angeles, after a long and stressful business day I was quite sure the stress of the day would keep me awake all night. Before heading back to the hotel, a business associate suggested dining at the Elephant Bar Restaurant. With a quirky name like the Elephant Bar, I was not sure what to expect. Immediately on entering, I somehow felt the energy of the staff and its tropical atmosphere, quite frankly, made me feel better. This restaurant with its tasty food and the "enjoy my job server" rescued me from my "blues" and I somehow forgot that I was tired. I wish more restaurants were able to make me feel the way this one did and I will remember the experience and use it to my advantage in my business and personal life.
