  Tom Peters is my favorite iconoclast. He cuts through the mess and comes out on the other side with a strong personal take on leadership and organizational excellence. I read all of his stuff, and I've given away a lot of his books, too - and I learned how to do powerful PowerPoint presentations by studying and deconstructioning the ones he puts on his site for free. He constantly tries to improve what he does and how he does it. I only wish I could afford to see him in person!
