From the first Mac my husband and I owned (A $2000+ beige G3) to our Mac Mini, I have loved them all. The brand, the community, the interface... all of it. I love the simplistic, intuitive nature of everything from the equipment to the advertisements. How anyone could choose a PC over the superiority of the Macintosh is beyond me, but part of me secretly loves that too. If everyone used Mac we would be inundated with viruses just like the lowly PC ;)
There simply is no equal to Heinz ketchup. No other ketchup matches the richness of flavor, the wonderfully thick consistency and the true joy that the classic Heinz bottle brings to any meal. When I go to a barbecue at a friend's house, I purchase a bottle and bring it along. Primarily because the lack of Heinz can literally reduce my pleasure in the outing, but also in case the hostess buys something else and I might convert her.
I am... Intrigued. Obsessed. Absorbed. The way the pages thickly hold my thoughts, feelings, images... standing up to the inks of my choice. Beckoning me to challenge them with my artistic temperament.
The first time that I tried Blue Bunny ice cream was in Texas on a business trip. Their "Banana Split" flavor is the most amazing rendition of a banana split that I've ever had. I tried to bring some home. The stewardesses were even kind enough to put it in the ice chest for me. Unfortunately it did not survive the flight. I called the company. Where can I buy this in West Virginia? Alas, nowhere. 2 years later I moved to Wisconsin and was overjoyed to be reunited with my all time favorite brand and flavor!
Ahh...the sting on the tongue. The unique combination of all of those herbs and spices. There is no equal to this. All over the country (this and others), people gather with the express purpose of drinking one specific drink. Jager Night, as it is know, is simply a night of enjoying the uniquity of Jagermeister when nothing else will suffice. If that's not a lovemark, I don't know what is.
My first introduction to this brand was in Columbus, Ohio. Stopping at a local Kroger to buy chips and dip on an overnighter for a concert, the name amused me so I bought it. I was instantly enamoured, even attempting to bring it home (it didn't survive the 3 hour summer car ride) to share. There is just something superior about the thickness, the smell, and the pure joy this stuff brings to the average potato chip experience.
This is by far the best salad dressing that I have ever used. My mom discovered it when I was a child and our family has sworn by it ever since. It is great on salads, vegetables, and especially my mom's cold roast beef sandwiches! If ever this was discontinued I would write the company every day to have it brought back! It is literally the taste of my childhood.
I have had such an exceptional ownership experience with Saturn that I will never own anything else. I scraped together the cash to have a major repair done on my engine at our local dealership. During the repair, a tech left a small piece of shop rag in the oil pan. As a result my engine ended up needing replaced. I would never had known had they not told me. Saturn owned up to it, always made sure that I had a rental car and kept me well apprised of the progress. Although the ordeal was lengthy, I felt completely taken care of and valued. This potentially horrible experience earned them a customer and a proponent for life.
