The potential to lace itself in memories
I will always pay special singificance to Scrabble, as a game that has the potential to lace itself in memories. This may be a result of it lasting for hours, as it is of mammoth proportions, and fosters great conversation. Or simply, the unbridled antics of disgruntled family members who find that they have been defeated. Scrabble is undoubtedly a ’mind gym’!

My girlfriend loved me just a little bit more...
There is nothing like sitting around the board when the scores are close, and the wheels are in motion. All that brainpower trying to remember how to spell one thing, or whether the other has a plural. Scrabble has a way of Reminds me how smart I can be if I try. I am convinced my girlfriend loved me just a little bit more becasue I used all seven letters to lay 'plating' without hesitation. She looked at me with a respect I had never seen before. Something I hope she remembers when I forget the drycleaning.

We love playing it together
Before my mom passed away, this was her favorite game. She was a real pro at it and we loved playing it together. Everytime I break out the game to play with others, I think of her. In fact, I still have some of the score papers from when we played inside the box to bring back the sweet memories of our games and long talks together, in which tea and muffins were often included.

Everybody in my family plays Scrabble, and the ultimate victory is beating Grandma! This wonderful game can be played by anyone who can read, and we all enjoy it. I love Scrabble.

No batteries and no electronics
Scrabble is our favorite game at our house. Other games have been stored away in a cupboard but our Scrabble game is still used on a regular basis. We seem to learn a new word every time we play. Scrabble is an old time classic and STILL an all time favorite everywhere. A board game (with no batteries and no electronics) and STILL fun!

If I was in the middle of a game right now...
Love. Game. Interesting. Fun. Family. Playing. Enjoyment. Sunday. Afternoon. World. Words. Coffee. Fun. If I was in the middle of a game right now I'd be winning with this word: Lovemark.
