Only one real Martini
There is only one real Martini which doesn't seem to exist outside Europe, especially not in New York (Martini & Rossi Bianco). Martini should be drunk pure without any additions (no vodka!). Anything else is not Martini. If anyone can give me the name of a bar that serves Martini Bianco in New York, I'll pay the first round!

The perfect mix of relaxation and fun
Martinis, expecially a white martini, means, in my opinion, a sunset of a summer day. When I hinking about martinis I imagine and I remember a Friday afternoon on a balcony near the beach, the landscape of the sea, my friends that are chatting together, and light jazz music. Our drinking glasses full of ice and martinis. For me, martinis are the perfect mix of relaxation and fun.

Heaven, or at least the ultimate escape
Dirty martinis are absolutely delicious, a true alcoholic beverage. They are a meal and a drink in one, with 3 olives and just enough olive brine to make you feel as though you have reached heaven, or at least the ultimate escape from reality.

This famous Italian drink of mine is also probably the world's most glamorous one. Martini has become the base for lots of cocktails, and the perfect drink for my night-time social agenda. To me Martini is not only a drink, it is also timelessly fashionable and glamorous. No Martini, no party.
