Hopelessly in love
There is no sound, feel, smell, or ride like a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. It has a distinctive sound that can be heard and recognized from 1/2 mile away. I have been in love with them since my next door neighbor opened his garage door. I am 56 now and I was 7 years old then. When he cracked the throttle and put it into gear I was hopelessly in love.

Many haven't enjoyed the experience...
It surprises me that Harley-Davidson isn't number one on any brand Love list. I guess it's simply because so many haven't enjoyed the experience.

Harley-Davidsons are more than machines. They are freedom. Mention the mere words Harley and Davidson and grown mens' eyes will glaze over and children will excitedly exclaim: "Cool!" How many other manufacturers have the customer loyalty base willing to actually tattoo the trademark on their bodies? H-D have moved beyond a simple amalgam of chrome and steel into the mythical realm of dreams. They are not perfect, nor are they meant to be. They are meant to be molded, to be an extension not only of the rider but of the rider's personality. They are vehicles of dreams and escape.
