We need to have choices
It's like a small store in the big neighborhood. We need to have choices, not just Starbucks. As a designer I need better options than the "Adobe owns it all" corporate concept. Adobe is good too, but, we need alternatives or we will go crazy. I have supported Emigre from day 1 and always will. We need more of these independent options in all categories of our lives: food, clothes, shelter, work needs, etc.
