I love Alexander McQueen! He's amazing! My absolute favorite designer. He is not afraid to take risks and always comes out with something memorable. He helps to make the sometimes repetitive and boring world of fashion POP!

A chance to transform
Love is not a rational emotion. It cannot be explained with words. Of course there is tremendous marketing work and customer study done behind any brand, on its way to becoming a lovemark. However, love is still stronger than any marketing calculation. Therefore, I nominate Alexander McQueen. If you want to be more than just a person, a medieval knight in armor one day, a silent piece of coral at the bottom of the ocean another day, then unborn butterfly in a cocoon and maybe later a circus performer, McQueen will give you a chance to transform. His clothing is a revelation from the future. McQueen creates his own world, with his own rules and each of his creations are electrified with masterful thought and energy, they are complete and perfect. He inspires me to be just as devoted to my work. He is my lifemark, a birthmark.
