Realize all your dreams!
During my holiday in Australia, I got in touch many times with Virgin: mobile, flights, Coke, music, etc. But normally I believe that young people like me start to be annoyed by huge companies, Mac style, so I didn't really care about Virgin. One day, in a small bookshop, I found the biography of Richard Branson and I literally fell in love! What makes Virgin different, fresh, always great and close to me is Richard Branson. He's never arrived, he's always ready to start again and he decided to help people realize their ideas and their passions. This is how he created Virgin. Read the book and soon you'll find your way and the energy to realize all your dreams!

A real walking, talking logo
I admire Richard Branson's entrepreneurial spirit. Even though Virgin products and services haven't been expanded to my country yet, I heard of his outrageous PR skills several times and I started doing research about him. I think he is the reason for many consumers' loyalty to the Virgin Group of brands. He is a real walking, talking logo.

Emotional and fearless
This guy knows how make money with your intuitive branding process. Your visionary and lovely dream, inspired me since the first time that I read his biography. I put Branson's journey in the top of my "incentives references" and every time I try to be like him, emotional and fearless, no matter how big my professional challenges are.

Playing David to the other guy's Goliath
To me Richard Branson is an Enigma. His Virgin brand is unique, no other company has ever created anything quite like it. Only time will tell whether he's invented a new blueprint for capitalism for the 21st Century, or is simply a better salesman. Richard Branson has made a career out of playing David to the other guy's Goliath. Where some entrepreneurs might take one look at the market dominance of the big players and think better of it, he actually delights in taking on and outmanoeuvring large corporations. He has an ability to mix with people from all walks of life, to me this sets him apart from just about every other business executive you will meet. This is the real secret to his enduring success - and popularity, and one of the main reasons he continues to inspire me.
