An emerging modern nation
India synonymous harmony in art, music, culture, religion, language, food...It is an emerging modern nation with social and religious diversities. The basic principle of the idea of coexistence of faiths-Sarva–Dharma–Sambhava (means that all Dharmas (truths) are equal to or harmonious with each other) - makes our civilization great. We are not just tolerating each other, in fact, we have learnt to live, grow, learn together; as each of us remains devoted to our own individual faith, we have learn to respect the faith of another. The basis of our nationhood. It is this great great quality of our ancient but living civilization that makes me proud on this 60th year our independence. Indeed these values must be instilled in in every daughter and son of India and all countries. Long live the Indian republic. India, it is an emerging harmonious–modern Lovemark of Indians to the world. A Lovemark any civilized human being cannot deny.

Its warmth is unparalled
To quote my friend Amit Shastri - "Draping my very soul with the exotic fabric of Indian society. Its warmth is unparalled, the myriad colors a painter’s dream".

Such a feeling of freedom
Travelling in India gives such a feeling of freedom and is really a permanent discovery. There is such a rich and specific culture that I look forward to going back there to see again places I've already seen and to have the pleasure of discovering other ones. I just have to have a look on the tens of pictures of India which cover the walls of my room to feel the Indian atmosphere; like the one of a spices market or the one of the vibrating circulation. To summarize, India is an incredible and unforgettable country that gives one the desire to promote it to people who don't know it yet.

I'm looking forward to my next visit there!
You either love it or hate it, this is how an Indian friend of mine described India to me before I went there the first time...and right she was: I love it! I like everything about India the culture, people, food, movies and movie stars. Most important of all... Indian people are very friendly and seem to be happy most of the times. I'm looking forward to my next visit there!

Interesting country with interesting people
India is an interesting country, with interesting people, and an interesting culture. I especially love Indian movies that let us have a look into the Indian culture. It’s great! I’m interested in a lot of things from India. I’m very happy to know some things about India but there are a lot of things I don’t know. But it’s nice to get more and more answers. India is great.

Whatever I don't get here I get when I go to India
Even though I was born and raised here in the US, I really feel I am Indian at heart. I try to visit at least within a gap of two years because I just love it! The people are so genuine and caring. Whatever I don't get here (love, affection) I get when I go to India and that really means a lot. I'm very proud to be an Indian!

India is like a warm feeling
Although I am not Indian, I love India and I love everything Indian - culture, people, food and their wonderful movies and most of all their movie stars. India is like a warm feeling: once you get to know it, you get addicted and want to get more of it. Jai Hind!

I am proud to be a part of it
India is my country. And I am proud to be a part of it. It is my pride and joy, and despite everything bad that it might be part of, it stands for greater good, a kind of unity and goodness that I doubt any other country has shown so far. Any crisis is better handled on this land, than any other "developed nation". And I am proud of this fact, that my country proves to be the best every single day compared to any other nation. And I will prove one day that I belong to this great nation by doing something for my motherland.
