  • Feels like I'm being a good friend

    The other day I bought a drink with a lovely pink woolen bonnet. And the one I picked...a skillfull lady (I assume) must have made it. It was really perfectly knitted. But even if not, all would pass my quality standards. they still look very nice and unique on the shelf. Oh, it's a winter campaign helping old people. I really like the brand. How they communicate feels like I'm being a good friend. What they stand for, what they promise. I hope they can keep their word despite growing so fast (being so successful) or the tough economy situation (credit crunch).

  • Never fails to raise a smile

    A great fun brand with witty labels. But this isn’t just a gimmick; the products are brilliant and actually taste like whatever the label says they should, unlike a lot of other smoothies. Brilliant company that cares about their impact on the world. Never fails to raise a smile.

  • Their goodness is all natural

    I usually have my suspicions about anyone this 'nice' but Innocent have been so lovely ever since I e-mailed them to help me raise money for a charity I was supporting. They appeared at my office the next day with 100 smoothies to give to those who would sponsor me. I work in marketing myself and it's refreshing to see that their goodness is all natural, in their drinks and also in their publicity.

  • I like them so much I applied to work there

    I love the taste and the style: funky, friendly, funny and social responsibility. I like them so much I applied to work there. The story when they decided to set up the business is inspirational and simple. If you go onto the website they have a description of everyone who has worked there in the past. Unfortunately, there was nothing for me at the time, but, I've never had a reply like the one I had from Innocent. It was very personal, simple and friendly. They have impressed me in every way, shape and form. Simply Fantastic!

  • Respects the intelligence of consumers

    I love it because is simple, charming and respects the intelligence of consumers. It's pure, unadulterated, and innocent. Long forgotten values in the crazy consumer world we live in. It's a simple proposition, fruits and that's it, no chickens! Jazzed up by a charming brand character wrap. They genuinely put love and wit in every Innocent bottle! And I believe this is genuinely true.

  • I read them every time

    I love Innocent too! Their whole ethos, attitude and commitment to what they believe in, all contributes to making this a true Lovemark brand. Their labels are great - they always change so I make sure I read them every time, they taste fantastic and also help me meet my healthy fruit quota. What could be better! Their transport trucks are amazing too with grass on the roof!

  • Exactly like a friend does

    Last week I found myself standing in front of the local dairy's drinks fridge, parched and eager for a refreshing drink. The only thing in my way was the overwhelming choice. I couldn’t help but wonder if the drinks market was verging on saturated. In desperation I grabbed the nearest bottle, cursing myself in the process - I’d fallen for the oldest trick in the sales manual, eye-level stock sells first. I then proceeded to pay before leaving. Soon I was shaking my bottle up and down to mix it, I noticed something. Written on the bottom of the bottle, neighbouring the Dewey number were the simple words – “Try opening other end, it’s a lot easier”. This was my product talking and interacting. It had just cracked a joke, exactly like a friend does. I loved it. ‘Innocent Drinks’ have truly won my heart.

  • I started grinning

    I'd enjoyed the odd bottle of innocent drinks at work with lunch. Very nice smoothies and yoghurt drinks. It wasn't until I read the ingredients and the copy on the side of the bottle and started grinning like an idiot that I fell in love with the brand. There is a child-like, mischievous humour associated with Innocent drinks, but also an integrity - a commitment to make the very best and to make the customer a real part of the company - to create a following. Part of the magic is the concept of pure drinks - unspoilt, untouched...innocent. I regularly visit their website and have forwarded the address on to many others, hoping they'll be just as inspired and affected as I was by the story of the brand and the people behind it. I'm hooked.
