  • Certain degree of cool

The connection I have with an evocative memory usually reminds me of being clad in Diesel jeans. They are a beacon of aloneness - when I can be without frenetic stress - and I chose to wear them over and over for the exact reason. Strangely, this feeling nevers wears off, which suggests that it is a deeper connection to time, place, comfort and a certain degree of cool. That kind of encompasses how we should all live, through the lens of a pair of jeans, somehow, and suprisingly, it works for me!

  • Irreverent, challenging the mass market

I love Diesel because they've earned my respect. I'll never forget when I first say their "Sailors" billboard - I was so proud that the brand I love was doing what no other brands dared. They aren't just another label saying you'll be transfored when you wear their clothes. They are genuinely irreverent, challenging the mass market, and that makes them cool. To top it off, their clothes are the perfect fit for my lifestyle. What more do you need? A true Lovemark.

  • Always loved this brand because of the originality

I have always loved this brand because of the originality of their wear, jeans, and of course, because of the spots. And as I saw an interview of the founder of this brand I was pleased to see that he wasn't the typical Italian macho, but an open minded person with a lot of humilty!

  • Wishing Diesel another 50 years!

Diesel to me is the ultimate embodiment of 'cool'. No other brand has managed to capture my imagination, quirkiness and sense of style than this one. Everyone knows Diesel pioneered premium denim, and although other brands emerge and suddenly become hip, they all come and go… only Diesel stands peerless. Renzo Rosso (the founder of Diesel) had just celebrated his 50th birthday last year. Wishing him and Diesel another 50 years of successful living!

  • Dozens of compliments ...

Their shoes are as comfortable as they are cutting edge. Their image is too self-consciously "attitude" and hip for my tastes but, hey (shrug). I got a pair of Diesels on sale @ Nordstrom's and now I pay full price for them if necessary. You'll get dozens of compliments if you wear their stuff, I can assure you of that. A talented staff, for sure.

  • Carefully coloured

I'm the original Diesel boy. Dress me in Diesel and I'm the original catwalker. This brand was custom-made for me. If I imagine how a t-shirt should look like and I go at Diesel I will find it on the shelf. Same goes for those perfectly cut, carefully coloured jeans. Future...a musical to believe in? For me it's: Diesel...perfection to believe in.

  • Telling all my friends

Having a previous job where I stood on my feet all day, I suffered pain! So I tried some Diesel shoes and they have saved my life. I LOVE THEM! and I have since pounded the streets of London England, Nottingham, Paris France, New York and San Francisco in my Diesels and they were a dream to wear. They haven't worn out and I am telling all my friends how GOOD they are. P.S. they do beep at airport security stations!

  • Because it's my choice...

Diesel is one of the most provocative brands and I think the only brand brave enough to say "Hey you out there... we are also targeting the gay market!" Let's not forget the shocking print and outdoor adverts with the two Male sailors kissing full on the mouth. These were all banned in many countries. Some of these billboards received the black spray paint treatment from a scared minority. I respect Diesel for running those advertisements and for inspiring that kind of reaction. Diesel is definitely for successful living. I Live the way I want, because it's my choice. And I choose Diesel.

  • Talk about loyalty!

Talk about loyalty! I sell Diesel over the internet to customers all over the world. I buy most items for under $40 and most sell for over $100. If that isn't proof of how powerful this brand is, what is?

  • Unwavering and uncompromising adherence

It's Diesel's unwavering and uncompromise adherence to its personal values that make Diesel a Lovemark for me. In the pretend world of fashion, Diesel is a brand that has carved it's own path. It's one thing to say "Hey we're cool!" And another to be it. Diesel doesn't try to be cool. It is cool, by doing what no other dared. They never claimed irreverence, they simply lived it. And invited you to do the same.
