The Smile Train is an international charity that helps children with cleft lips and palates. It was founded in 2000 by Brian Mullaney and Charles Wang.

An amazing charity organization
Smile Train is an amazing charity organization that offers FREE surgical to underprivileged children suffering cleft. Their action has been recently recognized by an Oscar at the latest show on February 22nd 09. They won it in the Documentary short category for a film called "Smile Pinky" named after a young 8 years old Indian girl featured in that documentary. Beside Pinky, thousands of kids have been given the chance to a better life after surgery. All donations welcome on their website.
