A smile on my face
I absolutely despise flying. Virgin America makes it tolerable. Flying on any other carrier has become even more difficult because of how vastly superior this airline is compared to the rest - from the seats and the entertainment system to ticketing policy and check in. I find myself with a smile on my face when traveling via Virgin. Kudos!

Very easy and pleasurable
I'm very impressed by the thoughtfulness and the care that the Virgin Airlines team has placed into their planes and services, from booing the flight to making it to the destination. I feel like the Virgin team has thought of every step and actully thought from the travelers point of view. My work makes me travel all the time, LA to SF is one of my main routes and Virgin makes that 50++ min trip very easy and pleasurable. I like the comfy ambience, my own remote (something I don't get in my house), getting to order food from my seat, not having to look for or carry cash...I could go on. Virgin Air Rocks!

Virgin America wins
“Loyalty is hard to earn…but easy to lose”…this is Virgin America’s customer service philosophy and mission focus with which they plan to take over the low fare market with style and customer service. With the amazing list of passenger amenities, customer service, you forget this is the low fare carrier you found on the Internet searching for the cheapest rate. SURPRISE! Did I mention they did have the lowest price…go figure! Cabin mood lighting, tinted passenger windows, a self serve mini bar, the passenger can actually decide when and what to order for food and drinks from their seat with their In-seat handset controller. Watch live TV, movies, video games, send E-mails, or set up a chat room with other passengers onboard…Wow! Not to worry my techno friends…they have complete connectivity with power, USB, and Ethernet. They say it’s just like being in your living room, well their living room has a much better view, and is more connected than mine ever will. They even play background music while you broad and de-board the aircraft…I thought that was too expensive to do in this day and age. Their staff are fresh and friendly…definitely didn’t come from one of the big carriers…glad to say. The leather seats, the clean design elements around the cabin, cool ‘designer’ black bits n bobs…you truly feel as though you were in a Tier 1 carrier's First Class section. As for my family…the vote is in and Virgin America wins! Look out Southwest and Jetblue you’ve got company coming.
