They rely and trust consumers
I relate this brand to what I stand for. I can say I have a relationship with Gessato now. By simply being a consumer interested in men's skin care products, I became much more. It all began by coincidence. Gessato has monthly sweepstakes, I signed up for it and won. So they sent me one of their products. After few days I received a quick and simple survey. Apparently I did well with my answers...LOL. Gessato offered me the opportunity of testing and reviewing many of their products, some of them are in the market already, some in phase of development for the future. WOW what a chance. Products are amazing and...definitely I don't need to buy skin care or shaving products for at least the next 10 years LOL. What I really love about the approach that Gessato has, is the fact that they rely and trust consumers. I guess there are many like me out there but I still feel very important. Gessato, we love you.

I would highly recommend
Ok, this is uncommon, I know. It feels like "women's stuff" to write about an eye gel or a face treatment. Honestly, I believe times are changed and also men should be talking about their "beauty secrets". I want to stand up and say it. Is like when we were young in school and someone had to stand up, and be the first to tell the teacher about those homeworks... In this case I might not be the first, and Lovemarks is a much better place than a school class. I just want to comfortably stand up and say that I have a "beauty secret" that I would highly recommend, GESSATO.

Right off the bat I was impressed by the package, like with the rest of Gessato’s products. The shaving cream comes in a big glass container for you to grab the cream either with your fingers or with a brush. This to me feels very good, since the cream has a texture that just makes it perfect to use it this way. So, I grabbed a little and put it in three spots: my two cheeks, and below my chin, and with lukewarm water I proceeded to spread it. I could tell a difference at this step. The cream spreads nicely and lathers nicely over your skin. The cream is incredibly soft and comfortable to use. Then it was shaving time! I didn’t use any of my fancy razors, just a common Gillette to give it a try. I was impressed. The combination of the shaving oil and the cream is just perfect. The facial hair softens up perfectly, allowing a fast, problems-free shave. In fact it was so smooth that you don’t even feel that you are shaving, t seems that the hair just comes off with the blade. After shaving, I felt my face fresh and zero razor burn. That’s right, zero razor burn. So I guess the formula combination of Vitamins and unsic acid really works. By the way the cream doesn’t have a strong aroma, it’s soft and smells nice. I really appreciate that. Well, that pretty much is the shaving treatment. My conclusion is 100% positive. If I could make just one suggestion, that would be including a moisturizer in the shaving treatment, I’m sure that would be top quality too.

Bring back what belongs to this country
I did some research, including directly contacting the company (they are based in New York City), to find out where I could buy these products in Italy. I was quite surprised when I was told that the line's research and development is the done in Italy but the products, for now, are not going to be marketed here. I'm sure it might be a strategical marketing move or who knows what...As for me, little consumer, it just makes me unpatiently wait until they will finally decide to bring back what belongs to this country.

High praise
First of all, when I smelled this I wanted to keep it for myself! It has such a fresh clean scent. My husband really liked this shaving cream. He said since he's been using it he hasn't gotten nicks nor scrapes nor razor burn. He also said that his face feels smooth and moisturized after he uses it. He said he would buy it again, which for him is high praise.

Hi, I have tried it. I love the packaging and the shaving cream is gorgeous but I didn't find the eye cream to work that well for me. The shaving oil is, I must admit, fabulous too and seems to go to work on it's own. Refreshing to see the niche brands gaining ground. Thumbs up!

It changed my morning habits
I tried these products during one weekend I spent at my friend's house at the Hamptons. I actually stole his pre-shave oil and shaving cream. Well, I did the right thing. These products are really effective and shaving has never been so easy and hassle free. Since then, I decided to try the whole line, and believe me, these products just changed my morning habits. After shaving, I rinse my face and use the face serum, which is also a sort of after-shave balm. For my eyes, I use a tiny bit of eye gel and eye cream and the results are amazing. At night, I put some eye cream on, before going to sleep and, in the morning, my eyes' skin is smooth and with no dark circles. I wouldn't say that I can't imagine living without Gessato, but I want other men to know that someone is starting to work seriously on our skin health.
