Awesome service - Awesome company

I've been in love with Salesforce almost as long as my husband :) Seriously though, I've been an entrepreneur for most of the last 12 years, and had used a couple of contact management systems before Salesforce came on the scene. The beauty of on-demand software was not lost on a person who had been through the pain of databases that weren't *really* built to be multi-user. Salesforce was a godsend. It has been fun to watch Salesforce grow from 3 tabs into the sophisticated tool it is today. More than once they have implemented exactly the new feature that we needed, when we needed it - and as an entrepreneur there are few things to love more than getting a better tool without getting a bigger bill. Another reason to love Salesforce is for their big heart. They give back a tremendous amount to the community through a foundation that managed gifts and volunteers to non-profits around the world. And CEO Mark Benioff evangelizes the practice of the triple bottom line, encouraging other companies to follow their lead. Awesome service - Awesome company.
