  • I wish it was in every great urban city

On the last internship that I worked in Seattle, Washington, I was told by a co-worker of a rent-a-car-for-however-long-you-want program. Simply by signing up on the Flexcar website and waiting two to three days for my new Flexcar-card to arrive in the mail, I was able to reserve a car for any time slot that I desired. The program is great because it promotes sustainability by getting more cars off the road; allowing newcomers to big cities the ability to grab a car when they need it without going through the hassle of actually renting a car from a true rental place; and actually questions the honesty of people of a city! The program is only in 9 major cities across the US, mostly on the West Coast. I only wish that it was in every great urban city. Loads of help in times of need, especially to students who are brand new to an area! Kudos to the makers of Flexcar! PS-Not to mention most of the cars are cutie Hondas! I just heard news of a Mini-Cooper becoming available in the Seattle area!! Watch out Seattlites!
