    You’d have to love Williams-Sonoma to pay $20 for hot chocolate. I love walking in to a WS at Christmas time. The free samples of addictive sweets and the apple cider. The warm wood decor mixed with retro designed tins and packages that in themselves are pieces of art. The stylish kitchen appliances and expensive cutlery. All of these add up to an experience like no other. Plus I have yet to have a bad customer service rep. You feel taken care of and special when you’re at WS; part of the family; in-the-know.
