The Inspiration Factory has become an institution in its neighbourhood. People have flown overseas to just shop there. It, as the name suggests, offers inspiration through books, CDs and DVDs, posters and gifts. Everything is in one place! Whether it be personal or professional development, The Inspiration Factory has it covered. That is great, but what is better is the environment created by the team working there. They don't just sell the product, they know the product. Even if you don't know what you're looking for, one of the team will do their best to find it, and if they don't supply what you're really looking for, instead of selling you something similar, they recommend somewhere else you could find what you need. That is what makes this company a true Lovemark. (I even bought Lovemarks from the Inspiration Factory on a staff recommendation).
