The place where I fell in love with my own culture

The resort brings such an incredible feeling. Being able to experience such luxury blended beautifully with Javanese culture just melts my heart. I was greeted with a flower petal shower on arrival. The vast amazing architecture resembling the grandeur of Borobudur Temple captured my attention for the next half hour while walking towards my room. Dinner was set under the stars, a full course Javanese menu, typical home made cooking, but made with perfection. As the evening breeze got colder, a staff came to put a silk shawl around my shoulder which I thought was a very nice personal touch! Their attention to details is amazing It's the place where I fell in love with my own culture again. Although the photos say it all, Amanjiwo is something to experience which can't be captured in pictures. It is a feast to your senses!
