It's that simple
Seeking to somehow free myself from what had become truly a 'killer app', I purchased an iPhone to replace a company-issued Blackberry (the culprit and conduit to email). It wasn't long before I discovered Pandora radio for iPhone 3G. It's going to revolutionize commercial radio as we know it. It's that simple. As for addictions, this one is one I will happily live with.

I'm a Pandora addict
Im a Pandora addict!! There I said it...I feel better now. As a designer I sit in front of the computer all day and I listen to Pandora while working. It's helped me find lots of "new to me" music...and keeps me motivated to crank out work. Now I just need to figure how to make it play in my car!

I get to listen to music and be informed
I've used loads of online radio stations based on my favourite (or preferred at the time) genres, artists and moods, but Pandora is different. Pandora surprises me everyday with what it plays. I am constantly introduced to new music. I can enter a song that I particularly like or an artist and Pandora will send me music that I may have never associated with that song or artist. For example: I was wanting to listen to songs that sounded like 'Lonely Teardrops' - a really great old Motown song. All of a sudden, it played something by Snoop Dogg. I thought I hated rap, but this song really got me. I would have never discovered it unless Pandora suggested it for me. I get to listen to music and be informed of other music all at once. I couldn't live without it.
