Yes yes, this brings back a memory from more than twenty years, closer to twenty five I think, sitting in a taxi in Colombo, Sri Lanka/Ceylon and listening to "The Sweetest Taboo" on my Walkman on the way to meet a man that I had met earlier in Singapore. Mmm mm those memories...

Always by my side
I'm listening to Sade's "Stronger than Pride" album right now and remembered that I hadn't marked her as one of my Lovemarks. I've been in love with Sade since my childhood. Her music has that timeless feel that suits whatever mood I'm in: happy, sad, or madly in love, Sade is always by my side. Luv Luv Sade.

Jazz perfection that can only leave scars
Sade manages to reel in anyone, from any age group, into her entrancing, husky, and sultry voice. The music she and her band create depletes beads of sweaty love and can make any human melt. I have seen many acts live, but the musicians behind Sade only catapult the music into levels of Jazz perfection that can only leave scars. Hats off to Sade; My personal Lovemark.
