ComedySportz
ComedySportz was started in 1984 in Wisconsin, by Dick Chudnow, who based it on the competitive Theatresports improvisational techniques of Keith Johnstone from Calgary, Alberta.

Magic, romance, power, and laughter
Magic, romance, power, and laughter. ComedySportz has all of this and it's not even directed by Jerry Bruckheimer. I love ComedySportz. She's great. In fact, despite the protests of her Mormon parents, we're getting married in the big city. Soon, she'll have my baby.

A life skill
I could not bear to be without ComedySportz, whereas it's not my living as such it certainly is my life. Improvisation is a life skill, and I'm glad to live my life in this family. We are currently the only ComedySportz in the UK, and are proud to be.

I thank whatever deity or star who led me to it
I would tell you how I feel about CSz, but it's an all ages show and some of our loyal under 18 year old fans may read this. Let it suffice to say that I am the luckiest guy in this room to be doing what I do. I thank whatever deity or star who led me to it.

Bouillabaisse of laughter and fun
I have sold my soul to the improv gods. My friends, no, my family is there. ComedySportz is my life in a nutshell. Joy, frustration, bliss and anxiety all mixed in a bouillabaisse of laughter and fun. Improv is life and life is improv. Long may it reign supreme.

I've been devoted to ComedySportz
If you like the show "Whose Line is it Anyway?" or any kind of fast-paced improv comedy, then check to see if there's a ComedySportz near you. This is improv comedy in a great package: two teams of improvisors compete in improv games for points. A referee oversees the competition and calls the fouls. There's the "Brown Bag Foul" for lewdness and crudeness (it's a family show), and the "Groaner Foul" for excessively bad puns. No individual game goes longer than five minutes, so the show always keeps moving. Check it out! I've been devoted to ComedySportz since they came to my city 12 years ago.
