I miss it very much
Dulce de Leche is a soft cream made of (condensened) milk and sugar. It tastes like caramel und you can spread it on bread or use it for cakes and cookies. I got to know Dulce de Leche as a little child, when my mother took me to her homeland Bolivia. She bought it from a convent, where the nuns produced also some variations e.g. with cinnamon or coco. I think, it originally comes from Argentina, but you can find it anywhere in South America. I live in Germany and I miss it very much!
