Consumed during hot sommer days...
Thanks to God for this gold colored life-giving wine, and thanks to Katrin who made it possible to vote for Possmann a Lovemark. Apple wine, or "Äppler" as the Hessen (country of Germany) called it, is a sort of wine, which is usually consumed during hot sommer days, and makes them so much more livable. Mixed with water or lemonade it's really fresh.

The ability to make me instantly homesick
A beverage of which the Hessen - and above all Frankfurt -can be very proud of ! This beverage has the ability to make me instantly homesick. I've never been able to find anywhere else this marvelously recreated "Spritzigen" Apple wine! A taste of Possmann never fails to bring me back to my roots... back to my homeland. A drink that one can easily befriend.
