Everytime I hear...
Mariska.. everytime I hear that name, a smile just pops on my face, I can't help it. She is such a wonderful, kind hearted person. The way she cares about her fans is awesome. Usually actresses just want the fame and once they get it they completely ignore their fans. Not Mariska.. she sets up blogs and sites for us and support groups. I just love her so much and hope that one day I can be as loving as she is.

My idol, mentor and my best friend
When I was little everyone loved a certain music group or celebrity because they were cute or it was the "in" thing. I never felt that way about anyone. When I first saw Mariska on Law and Order I realized that not all celebrities are fake. She became an inspirational person to me and she has helped me greatly throughout my life. She is passionate, loving and true and there are no amount of words that will justify how she has changed my life. I love her very much and she is truly my idol, mentor and my best friend.

My number#1 favourite actress in America
Mariska Hargitay is my number#1 favourite actress in America. She reminds me of my best friend Linda Woodward, who used to work with me. They only look alike when they both have brown short hair. I really admire Mariska's talents in SVU and some movies that she starring in.

I can honestly say I aspire to be like her
Mariska is a true inspiration. I admire her so much. Not only is she a fabulous actress but she is so kind to everyone she meets and her charity, The Joyful Heart Foundation is simply wonderful as well. She is always looking out for others because she is so caring and generous. I can honestly say I aspire to be like her. She's truly the best.

She really does go above and beyond
Mariska is truly an inspiration. She has taken so much of her own time to help victims become survivors. On screen and off she helps people go through the process of healing and she always finds time to interact with her loving fans even when she has an incredibly busy schedule. She really does go above and beyond. A true Angel on earth.

She completely inspires me
Mariska Hargitay is one of those actresses that is different. She does not use her fame and celeb status for selfish reasons. She took her role as Detective Olivia Benson on L&O:SVU to another level than just being part of a television show. After seeing what really was meant by rape and sexual assault, Mariska was inspired to act on it and do something about it. The creation of the Joyful Heart Foundation is only one of so many inspirational things that Mariska has done. Just for being the person that she is, she completely inspires me. I want to be just like her when I get older, because there is nobody like her. She is definitely one-in-a-million and one-of-a kind. She amazes me! Keep on Mariska!

Going above and beyond the call of duty
Mariska Hargitay is such an inspiration to so many girls and women all over the country and beyond. She is a great actress, yes. But that is a very small fraction of the reason I admire her. She has done so much to help victims of rape and sexual assault, going above and beyond the call of duty to make this world a better place for hundreds of thousands of women. She is somebody to look up to, a role model in every sense of the word. Many of her fans were too lost or scared to be able to talk about what they had been through, and Mariska’s character gave them power and courage to face what they had been through, and let them know it is not their fault. For that, I thank you, Mariska. For all you have done for everyone.
