A breath of fresh air
I love Duque Salon. The Duques's talent with hair is a breath of fresh air, I am soo relieved to have finally found a salon I can trust. They also have a positive attitude toward life in general. Each time I visit I feel like I've been with family who truly cares for me, not just my hair. Having said that, I had an experience that surprised me. Duque has a policy of a min 24 hr cancellation or you pay for the visit. I can understand this, we all know time is money. However, I came to know this policy only works one way. When I received a cancellation call, day of my appointment, I was understanding, but surprised when the call ended without an offer of discount or coupon. Huh? My time is valuable. It doesn't matter that I was attending a special party that evening with hopes of looking fabulous. My time is valuable. To schedule another appointment, as you may know, is not soon. Even a 10% discount would have said so much.

I truly feel like part of their family
Such a Loveing and sweet family. Whenever I go with my sister to pamper ourselves and shop, I truly feel like part of their family. The services are always top notch, and the ambience is the best. Try the coconut-shea butter body rub!

WOW! Everytime my husband shops for me here I get the most FAB gifts. Not to mention the facial I got from Autumn, if you've never tried her I swear once you do you won't go back to anyone else. Please visit this beautiful store and incredible spa. Thank you my usband and Duque for all your help!

Warm and incredibly knowledgeable
I am blown away by how big of a help this family business has been in all my shopping endeavors for my wife. The girls are great at customizing gifts that are a win every time. Plus, my wife feels so taken care of when she visits them for their wonderful services. They are a warm and incredibly knowledgeable group of people!

A golden rule
There is a golden rule I believe in regarding the act of drama, that is, being successful when your profession creates happiness in your life and the ones you touch. I believe many businesses fail at this and it is rare to find a business that does this unconditionally. As a customer at Duque, I feel that I am treated like a goddess. By the time I leave, I have the best hair, outfits and most of all, eye brows! Though these things are exterior, the way they make me feel at every visit is beyond what words could describe. They make me feel beautiful and blessed for being a woman.

So glad to share how I feel
I am so glad to have the opportunity to share how I feel about this amazing company. Since the day I discovered the salon years ago I have felt like I was family. The best way to describe it would be to say that when I walk into the salon it's like getting a big hug! I have appreciated the awesome service, attention to detail and LOVE that flows and is shared upon every visit. i just keep wanting to go back for more! Duque will forever be a LOVEMARK of mine. A family business
Seattle's duque salon is a family business, made up of four generations of hairdressers. There are many reasons why duque is my lovemark, but the one reason this fab salon + spa is on the top of my personal list is their heart filled commitment to people. When I leave their heaven, I feel like I have been beautified from the inside out, they are truly an extraordinary team and family.
