Really easy to work into my diet
I'm a big snacker, and I must have crunch! Instead of fatty chips or salty pretzels I like to munch on Crum Creek's Soy Bites. I'm also trying to eat more nuts, and the Soy Nut Mix is GREAT - chocolate chips give it a great salty/sweet combo! I keep a bag in my car, my packpack...I snack on it constantly! I recently decided I wanted to start eating soy and these products have been really easy to work into my diet. Plus, the packaging is really cute, people always want to know what I'm eating!

Their service is just as good
Just about every product I have tasted by Crum Creek Mills is delicious! I love the soy nut mix, and the soy bites. Not only is their food great, their service is just as good.

A nut about nutrition
I'm a nut about nutrition and my 5 year old son won't eat eggs, dairy or meat, making it hard for him to get protein. I found Crum Creek's Soy Protein Pasta - it's absolutely delicious and he loves it! It's a life saver for me. The company's whole premise is "everyday eating made healthier". They have other products as well. I don't think you can buy it in stores but you can order it online, which is what I did.
