  • Love these mystic associations

I love that a reptile, a creature usually considered "icky" by most humans has been transformed into the embodiment of "coolness" in pop culture recently. These creatures have a special attraction to us humans. Lizards have figured popularly in many cultures, the king of all beasts, the messenger of god, ancestors, heros, protectors, and artists. Despite all of this a lizard is also the perfect symbol for a beverage since lizards are very apt at avoiding dehydration :) and are "lucky". I love these mystic associations along with the adaptive and resilient nature that they add to this brand - And the actual beverages are not bad either!

  • SoBehave

Mmm...SoBe. There's a SoBe drink for every occassion/ state I find myself in: when I need a pick-me-up, when I need a mixer, if I'm hung-over, rehydrating & detoxifying - you get the point. The messages under the bottle cap are always clever and frequently hilarious. The extruded lizards are a subtle and artful touch to a stately but generic bottle design. I've been a SoBe fan since 1997, ordering by case-loads before it was more widely distributed. (I'm uncertain how I feel about SoBe being a Pepsi property now. Stay natural, stay true. SoBehave.)

  • Always finding a new color or flavor

Such weird colors and flavors. Red - Cranberry Grapefruit. Orange - Orange Carrot. White - Coconut Creme(?). How many others? I'm always finding a new color or flavor. Beats heck out of carbonated drinks. Good as a substitute for booze, and great with a shot of rum, vodka, whatever mixed in the bottle. Whenever I go to the beach, I always throw a couple of well chilled bottles in the cooler. I don't know how you're supposed to pronounce it. I have no idea what all the healthy additives are. Carnitine, chromium, echinacea, guarana ... Somebody has a lot of imagination. Whoever thought carrot and orange juice would be mixable? But the stuff is great!
