I'm from Italy, and I think this coffee machine is like Ferrari. You have to learn how to drive it, you have to use both your hands to make a proper coffee, and the at the finish you get a coffee that was extracted from an historic coffee machine.

You dont make a real espresso by pressing a button. You pull the lever of your Europiccola-Professional La Pavoni coffee machine. In 1948 La Pavoni produced the 'La Cornuta' designed by Gio Ponti. And they still make the most beautiful coffee machine on the market today.
