  • Touching

I saw the Tide with a touch of downy commercial and fell in love. I love the man and his son. It was touching. I especially love the music they selected for the ad. It feels so heart warming.

  • Brightens my day and relaxes my night

Tide is by far the best brand in its class. The smell of clean and fresh clothes brightens my day and relaxes my night. Tide's rich history and tradition of quality-care makes it a highly respectable brand. Definitely a Lovemark!

  • Seduced by a bargain brand

When my daughter was born, I was determined to use cloth diapers. I thought that would be the "homey" thing to do. You know, wholesome, like baking cookies. The reality was, a stinky, drippy continuous mess and diaper rash. However, the image of a diaper packed landfill kept me determined. I always purchased whichever laundry soap was cheapest. I sometimes needed to double wash the diapers to get them really clean and white was a color they hadn’t seen since the day I opened the package. My brother, who lived in the apartment upstairs, always used Tide. One day, disgusted with my hogging of the washer, he started a load for me with his Tide, just to move the laundry along. To my amazement, they were restored to their former pristine beauty in one wash! I have never again, in 12 years, been seduced by a “bargain” brand!

  • Like an angel

When I was a kid and saw a Tide commercial come on, I started saying the word 'angel' over and over. My mom always found this behavior odd. So when I was old enough to communicate with my mom, she asked me why I said the word 'angel' during the Tide commercials. I said "my dolly fell into the Tide bin and came out white, looking like an angel".
