You really get the value
I've been flying back and forth Switzerland and the UK a lot now and I'm always looking forward if I can fly Swiss. They make my travel very comfortable. The staff is nice, the design of the airline doesn't hurt the eye at all (unlike with some competition's designs) and it's not even that much more expensive than the other airlines! You really get the value for what you pay. What I like most: when they go around with the basket of Swiss Chocolate towards the end of the flight! Delicious!

Symbolized quality, service and honesty
The airline company operating under "Swiss" brand nowadays, symbolized quality, service and honesty to me for many years. They also saved my grandfather's life in 50's by bringing a medicine to Istanbul in 24 hrs. Could be another reason? Why, not!

Style, good looks, and simplicity
How could I possibly be the first person to nominate this amazing airline ?! With the fairly recent revitalization of its brand identity... I cannot think of a more beautiful airline. Switzerland, and in turn, Swiss Air stand for reliability, timeliness and neatness. These are qualities that many associate with the country and such qualities transfer over to their airline. Style, good looks, and simplicity - a winning combination for a Lovemark.
