Australia Post goes about its business quietly and efficiently. It is big, bold and strong and doesn't boast about its extraordinary achievements. It is like an old friend who is trustworthy and reliable and touches Australians everyday - whether they consciously recognise this or otherwise. It is one of Australia's truly iconic brands and doesn't get the level of adulation it deserves, unlike some of the more brash brands, which operate in more popular and visible categories.
