Isaac Mizrahi
Isaac Mizrahi was born in Brooklyn, NY, and attended the High School of Performing Arts as an acting major. He then studied fashion at Parsons School of Design. In 1995 Isaac was the subject of the highly acclaimed documentary Unzipped, directed by Douglas Keeve, which won the 1995 Audience Award for Documentaries at the Sundance Film Festival.

The first thing I did ...
I love Isaac because he makes gorgeous clothes and has made an affordable line at Target. And he's really funny and over the top so it's entertaining just to watch him. I live in a poor section of Manhattan and we just got our first Target and the first thing I did was dash for the Mizrahi line and a little lady was standing there stroking one of his skirts and she said,"Isaac finally came to us!" Now that's a guy and a product worthy of a lovemark! We love you here in Inwood, Isaac!
