I love Pat and the entire NY1 staff. They are a reminder that New York City was once a town of eccentrics before it was a tiresome breeding ground for the spectacularly average.

He makes my day
I wake up to Pat every morning, not physically that would be weird, but he is on the screen each morning when I open my eyes and I wouldnt have it any other way. His sarcastic comments and constant smirk make my day. Pat always has a twinkle in his eye, and makes watching the news bearable, there's not a load of cheese, it's just right and gives me all the news I need while I get ready for work. Hell I even watched that Pop Culture show just to hear Pat's dry sarcastic voice. I love Pat!!!

I wish he was on TV more!
I think that Pat has the sexiest voice. I love listening to him. The World Series of Pop Culture was great because of his amazing voice! He's also got an interesting sense of humor. I wish he was on TV more!

Absolutely adore Pat
I absolutely adore Pat's take on "In the Papers" and his banter with the some of the beat reporters. When someone else is on instead of Pat, I generally flip around the channels. It's too bad his reality game show was terrible (he was great, of course) because that would be a good venue for him as long as he is allowed to subtlety mock the contestants. I even named my blog NY 1 after his channel!

I love Pat Kiernan. His special blend of earnestness and sarcasm is the only thing that is suitable to greet my morning ears. As the previous comment noted, he's better than a cup of fresh coffee.

Makes me laugh
Pat is the best thing about waking up in the morning, well, he's a close second after a good cup of coffee. Watching him reading the headlines in "In the Papers" every day makes me laugh... he isn't afraid to openly diss crass stuff like J.Lo's "career" and other absurd things. He's adorable and I never want him to leave (hoping he comes back from the 'reality TV' series he's supposed to be hosting)!
